We take the security of your personal information very seriously. As all payments are made directly by customers through 3rd party payment websites/apps such as PayPal or Zelle, we do not store any confidential payment information directly.

When contacting us by e-mail, we will never share your name or personal information with any 3rd parties, unless previously discussed (for example, in the case of needing to resolve an issue with a defective part to where we need to contact the manufacturer and have a replacement shipped.) We do store all e-mails (securely and privately) for up to 365 days. This is to ensure we're current on any previous communication between customers and ourselves.
