SHIPPING & DELIVERY

For shipping fees to your location, please contact us with your city/state/zip code and we will provide you with a shipment quote. In addition, we also offer local pickup within the Central Florida area. For local pickup, you must have your own transportation and ability to fit the bike attachment in your vehicle.
*Please note: At this time, we only ship to the contiguous U.S. (This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as we are unable to ship to those two locations at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.)

 

RETURNS

As each bike chair attachment is made-to-order for each customer, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. However, if you encounter any broken or defective parts on arrival (within 15 days from the time the chair attachment arrives to you), please contact us with a photo of the issue you're having, and we will work with you to correct the problem. We will not be responsible for damages due to user error or customer damage. Rest assured that all of our bike attachment chairs are thoroughly inspected by a professional before leaving.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Upon shipping, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track your package. In some cases, you may be required to sign for your package. We will always let you know in advance if this is the case so that you can work with the shipment carrier to schedule delivery at a time that works best for you.

 

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

Payments are secure and confidential. We accept the following payment methods:
PayPal (please note that customers are responsible for paying the fees associated with PayPal when using this method.)

All major credit/debit cards (please note that customers are responsible for paying a merchant service fee of 2.9% + 30¢ when using this method.)
Zelle (No additional fees involved. We will e-mail you with a receipt with confirmation of payment for your records when using this method).
